ROSIE'S GET ACTIVE - SPORTS AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES PROGRAM

The benefits of sports and physical activities have a positive impact on both physical health and mental health, especially for disabilities. Disabled people often suffer from social isolation due to their limited physical ability, or their mental disorders affect communication and ability to connect with society.

At Rosie’s Love and Care we believe that disabilities should not be a barrier to achieving an active healthy lifestyle, especially for young adults. Our GET ACTIVE Program is designed with various sports and physical activities for each ability and is flexible with any weather condition. The activities will be rotated frequently to keep the excitement ongoing and improve a wide range of skills such as motor coordination, concentration, endurance, teamwork, etc.
